I know it's hard growing up. Being a teenager is rough. Even more so when your dad is famous, your dating an underwear model, you're a TV, movie, and recording star. Add on top of that being a multi-millionaire, and your teen years are pure H-E-Double-Ugg-Boots.
Yes, it's hard being Miley Cyrus. So I'll go easy on her. We'll blame her poor judgement on all those raging teenage hormones they talked about in Health class. Her body is changing, y'all! And she doesn't know how to deal with it!
The sad thing is you know she didn't pick this outfit out on her own either. She's got a legion of slaves she keeps in her basement that hand-make her all of her clothes. This ain't no ensemble from Target (pronounced Tar-schey: The French pronunciation sounds classier). No way, Jose'. It's couture!
I guess this means 80's skank is back in!
