Here is the newest video from NKOTB's comeback album.
It's called Summertime. I think it sounds and looks great! I'm not gonna lie, all the guys are smoking hot. Time has been good to them. But I have to admit it feels kind of weird watching it.
It's like running into the captain of your high school basketball team at the grocery store. When you try to catch up on each other's lives, you realize that you've matured but he hasn't.
He's still talking about the same things he did in back then, and it's hard for you to relate. "Yeah, I'm still working at the Maverick Mini-Mart. It's freakin sweet! I get to take home any left-over corn dogs at the end of my shift. But my mom likes the taquitos better."
The lyrics to Summertime sound like the "Kids" are still in high school. It would feel more realistic if they were singing about pregnancy tests, adjustable rate mortgages, and the price of gasoline.
But who would listen to that crap?
