Barack "Black Stallion" Obama gained a major endorsement this week. Former candidate John "Cutie-Pie" Edwards tipped his hat in Obama's direction.
For those of you not so politically savvy. This was kind of a big deal.
Cutie-Pie has been the teamster and labor unions' candidate of choice since he originally ran for President back in 2004.
Cutie-Pie's endorsement of the Black Stallion was his way of telling all the good-old-boys with confederate flag tattoos and gun racks in their trucks, "It's okay to vote for a black man."
The Edwards stamp of approval of Obama may also be the final slap in the face for Sister Clinton to force her to bow out gracefully. Or at least bow out.
Can you imagine an Obama and Edwards ticket? Forget "Dream Team." More like "Fantasy Team." Meow!
